ABQ CC REMINDERS for January 9th
1. Bring Reservation sheet and check for members attending the Sweetheart Dance at Tanoan on Feb. 11
2. Please bring unused cards for Corresponding Secretary. (Birthday, Congratulations, Sympathy, Thinking of You, etc.)
3. When paying for City Council items--membership, rosters, events, etc. only checks can be accepted. When using personal checks, be sure the event name and the chapter name is on the check.
4. If your chapter wishes to bring Christmas cards for exchange, do so at this meeting. Remember our Sponsor, Katie DeLorenzo. ( Will have boxes)
5. If you have a new member in your chapter, please pick up the notice sheet. This is needed by 1st Vice, Rec. Sec'y, Treasurer and Roster Committee.
6. Please send or put corrections for the Roster in distribution box folder.
7. When making copies to put in distribution files, make 23 for chapters and 7 for Executive Board.
