City Council Meeting Reminder-December 12

The City Council meeting has been changed to Monday, December 12.

ABQ CC REMINDERS for DECEMBER 12th

1.  Toys for Tots collection [Bring one or more new toys unwrapped (around $10)]

2.  When making copies to put in distribution files, make 23 for chapters and 7 for Executive Board.

3.  Please bring unused cards for Corresponding Secretary. (Birthday, Congratulations, Sympathy, Thinking of You, etc.)

4.  When paying for City Council items--membership, rosters, events, etc.  only checks can be accepted.  When using personal checks, be sure the event name and the chapter name is on the check.

5.  Truth and trust are vitally important to the success of social clubs where you pledge to 'give the best that is in you' to our group.

6.  If your chapter wishes to bring Christmas cards for exchange, do so at this meeting.  Remember our Sponsor, Katie DeLorenzo.

7.  If you have a new member in your chapter, please pick up the notice sheet.  This is needed by 1st Vice,  Rec. Secy, Treasurer and Roster Committee.

8.  Please respond corrections for the Roster to Mari Bryant or Janice Swope.  (e-mail or snail-mail)

ABQ Beta Sigma Phi City Council Meeting November 7th at 7.00P.M.

1. Please make enough copies, Seven Officers and Twenty four each in the folders.

2. Please bring any extra cards that you might have to give to Linda Richardson.  Our card stash is running very low.

3.  Sisters please bring your money for the rosters (if you have not paid) Requesting checks; no cash will be accepted.

The next BSP CC Board meeting will be held on November 21 at 6:30P.M. at Mac. Grill.
