The Si Se Puede Learning Center (SSPLC) is a non-profit After-School Program for elementary students focused on academics. Every day after school 30 students grades K-5 come together to work on homework, social skills, math and literacy. The mission of SSPLC is to give youth the opportunity to empower themselves and achieve success in school, at home, and in their community. We do this by providing a safe and comfortable place that offers consistent and clear expectations and opportunities for growth and learning. Many students, however, are in need of one-on-one assistance and in order to provide that we need your help!
Volunteers needed M-Th during program hours, with an emphasis on need during homework time (the first hour of program).
Program Hours: Monday 3-6pm Tuesday 3-6pm Wednesday 1:45-5pm Thursday 3-6pm
