Congratulations to Xi Alpha Omicron on earning a Three Star Rating from International for 2007-2008
This achievement recognizes the members of Xi Alpha Omicron and their success in bringing friendship, social and cultural opportunities to each other.

Xi Alpha Omicron gave products to Woman's Housing, Blue Star mothers, and endless service to Heather Borg (has the West Nile Virus) who is our Helping hands since 2004.
Heather greatly appreciates all the help. Bessie, Anne Marie and Mary drive to Bosque Farms, NM every two months to see how she is doing. Heather has her good days and bad days.
Heather says a big Thank you to the other Chapters who gave her tapes in the past. The tapes do help bring some of her lost memory back:)
NAMI walk- a- thon in May 08: Our group of eight, called the Family Flyers, raised $7000.00 The whole total end of day was over $100,000:-)
Chapter Socials, Service and Culture: attended movies, teas, museums and the Beta Sigma Phi Work Shop. Had a big friendly Social in March-- our St. Patrick's Potato Bake:-)
-Carolyn Truelove helped raise $4000.00 For St. Jude at the Child Development Center at KAFB.
-Bessie Aragon knitted caps for premies babies at the hospital and she is also Docent at the Art Museum here in ABQ.
-Mary Stanton is an Advocate teacher for NAMI ( National Alliance on Mental Illness)
She will also get her Yoga Certificate April 2009 and enjoys Zumba dancing.
-Debbie Davis was voted in as our CC President, and she works at the MFA. She was able to get some house work projects started for Heather Borg's home in Bosque Farms, NM.
-Anne Marie Vidal is the God Mother and adopted Grandmother to Kalob and Nadia.
Nadia was selected a Legacy Daughter at Founder's Day. Anne Marie volunteers her time at her church. She is a wonderful Belly dancer.
-Debbie Redhouse,former Xi Alpha Omicron sister, received the Scholarship fund amount $700.00 to help her finish getting her BA Spring 09.
