City Council Meeting Reminder

Dearest Sisters, just a reminder about our March 1st City Council meeting, starting at 7:00pm at Hodgin Elementary School.  Our guest chapters for this meeting are: Preceptor Iota Preceptor Alpha Psi Master    Ladies please be reminded that if you would like to nominate a sister for City Council Woman of the Year, please e-mail or bring your letter of nomination to Teresa Griffen at the March meeting.    Also it's that time of year again, to start your chapter officer elections.  It is paramount to have the name of your incoming chapter president and representative for the April City Council meeting, please also consider putting your name in the hat for a City Council position.   If your chapter has or is going to "chair" an event this year, please submit your preliminary budget or completed budget to Cinda Fairfield.    The sign-up sheet for Founders day was e-mailed with the minutes last week.   Ladies if I am forgetting anything please feel free to bring it to my attention, and I hope to see every ones beautiful faces on Monday!   Sincerely, Storm Gonzalez

City Council Meeting Reminder

Hi there Sisters, just a little reminder about our next City Council meeting:

February 1st, 2010

7:00 pm

Hodgin Elementary School Library

 

 

Ladies I would please like to remind the Committees of upcoming "events' that the City Council board needs your proposed budget for said event, and any requests for signed contracts at this meeting.

 

Also please bring the names and amount of pins to be ordered for the rituals that will take place at Founders Day luncheon....IE:  Order of the Rose, Silver, Golden, and Diamond circles.  We have a current list of names as follows
